Some of his key strengths has been in the Financial Services, Telecommunications, Mining and Public sectors servicing global clients as well as owner managed businesses . He has also played a wide variety of roles in multi-disciplinary projects.
Professional Background
Rakesh Bhika, one of the founding partners of GrowthStone was at one of the large firms for close onto 20 years. He has been part of that firms executive for a number of years and instrumental in the growth of the organisation to become No 5 in the country, which indeed disrupted the traditional landscape of Audit in SA. He served as head of audit for a period of time before taking up the responsibility as head of consulting for the firm. He has played a pivotal role in major, multi-disciplinary projects across all 3 spheres of government and is particularly passionate about transforming our country, so as to echo with the mantra of “ GrowthStone in building sustainable solutions and businesses” that builds our communities and wider economy.

Theodore has in-depth experience in accounting and auditing, with a thorough knowledge of Corporate Governance management issues as well. He has demonstrable track record of achieving outstanding performance to strict timescales and budgetary target.
Professional Background
Theo is a Chartered Accountant and one of the founders for GrowthStone. He was previously the Head of Business Development , Marketing and Africa expansion for his prior employers. Prior to holding these positions he headed up the Western Cape office for them for close onto 8 years. He has more than 20 years experience in the business field. Theo has extensive experience in Mining, Energy and Financial Services. His commitment to client excellence and a “can-do” attitude has propelled GS to new heights.
